Co-Founder

With over 25 years of experience in the property industry, Anthony is a founding partner of The Chant Group. He is passionate about delivering a first-class bespoke service across all departments and plays an active role in staff recruitment, training, and the growth of the brand. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family and watching football and rugby.

Chris Hogan

Co-Founder

As a Director & Founder of The Chant Group, Chris is instrumental in the company’s success, particularly within its Corporate division. He brings invaluable knowledge, calm leadership, and a strategic vision to the business. In his downtime, Chris enjoys the gym and watching rugby.

Christopher Macavoy

Sales Manager

With over 8 years of estate agency experience, Christopher started his career in East London, quickly advancing to Assistant Manager. His passion for property and commitment to excellence make him a natural leader for the sales team. Outside of work, he’s a devoted rugby fan, an avid hiker, and is currently preparing for the 48-mile Jersey Island Walk. Born and raised in North London, Christopher is also a proud Tottenham Hotspur supporter.

Eugen Kingi 

Lettings Manager

Eugen has over five years of experience in the property industry, with a strong background across all areas of lettings. With a foundation in Economics and Politics, he has a clear understanding of the market and the forces shaping it.
Known for delivering a six-star service, Eugen combines professionalism, care, and attention to detail to achieve consistently strong results and build lasting client relationships.
Outside of work, he enjoys football and property renovations and keeps a close eye on market trends and property prices.

Ashleigh Fisher

Head of Property Management

Ashleigh began her property management career in 2016 with no prior experience, rising through the ranks at Connells/Barnard Marcus to lead a team managing 1,100 units. Now fully qualified with a Level 3 MARLA certification, she brings years of expertise and dedication to The Chant Group. Outside of work, Ashleigh enjoys family time, fitness, cooking, and discovering new recipes.

Lydia Hellen

Head of New Business

Growing up in the property world, Lydia developed a passion for real estate by working alongside her father, a property developer in East London. She spent five years working across Sales and Lettings in London, building a strong understanding of the London property market. She later moved to Dubai but quickly realised her true passion lay in London's property market and returned to continue her career. As Head of New Business, Lydia is passionate about building lasting client relationships and connecting people with the right property opportunities.
Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, exploring forest trails, and wandering around East London with a flat white in hand.

Khrystyna Marchenko

Property Manager

Khrystyna joined The Chant Group in early 2022, bringing extensive experience from the property and hospitality sectors. Her efficiency and problem-solving skills have been instrumental in delivering exceptional service. When she’s not working, Khrystyna enjoys the gym, exploring museums, and discovering new places, blending her active lifestyle with her inquisitive nature.

Laura Storpirštienė

Office Coordinator

Originally from Lithuania, Laura has called the UK home for over 11 years. With 7 years of experience in administrative roles across both commercial and residential real estate, she brings precision, creativity, and a solutions-focused mindset to her work. Known for her open-minded approach and ability to think outside the box, Laura ensures every detail runs smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, baking, cycling, staying active, and building LEGO masterpieces.

Karina Korovkina

Property Manager

Karina recently graduated from the University of Brighton with a BSc (Hons) in Business Management and is now developing her career as a Trainee Property Manager. Having lived in Greece and Kazakhstan, she brings a broad international perspective and an adaptable approach to her work. Before joining The Chant Group, Karina gained experience with a local business in Brighton and completed a consulting internship, strengthening her analytical and communication skills.

Fun fact: Karina competed in rhythmic gymnastics for five years

Bertie Little

Sales Negotiator

Relatively new to real estate, Bertie’s background includes working as a barista at Heathfields, a local tapas restaurant and café, before transitioning into recruitment at RTL Group in Bromley.
A huge sports fan, he’s passionate about rugby, cricket, and golf, and is a regular at the gym- valuing the connection between physical and mental well-being.
Bertie brings enthusiasm, charm, and humor to his role, thriving on meeting new clients and helping them find their perfect home.

Fun fact: He’s a NatWest Cup Rugby Champion, having played at Twickenham for his school’s U18 team!

Sofia Corradini

Lettings Consultant

Sofia is proud to be developing her career in property. With a degree in Criminology, she brings a strong understanding of legislation and a detail-oriented approach to the lettings process.
Before joining The Chant Group, Sofia successfully ran her own business and held a management role in hospitality. There, she played a key role in driving sales and team performance, reflecting her ambitious and entrepreneurial nature.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, socialising with friends, and sunset walks with her French Bulldog.

Freddie Little

Lettings Consultant
Energetic, driven, and team-focused, Freddie brings a love of competition and a passion for property to his role as a Lettings Consultant at The Chant Group. A sports enthusiast at heart, Freddie thrives in fast-paced environments where strategy and precision make all the difference. Outside of the office, you’ll likely find him at the gym, playing rugby or cricket, or enjoying a game of poker with friends.

Versan Kolcak

Lettings Consultant
With a strong foundation in Business, Economics, and IT, Versan recently completed his A-levels and has quickly begun building his career in the property industry. As a lettings negotiator, he focuses on building client relationships, managing property deals, and guiding transactions from enquiry through to completion. Alongside this, he has gained experience in finance, supporting high-value deals, and has also run his own marketing business. Driven and ambitious, Versan is committed to delivering results while continuing to develop his skills in business and property.

Isaac Sanders  

Lettings Consultant

Isaac recently joined the team and is keen to build his career in the property industry. After graduating from the University of Leeds, he worked as a ski instructor in Canada before moving into an ad tech start-up, where he developed strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. He is known for his approachable nature and commitment to delivering a great client experience. Outside of work, Isaac enjoys playing and watching a wide range of sports and travelling, always looking to explore new places.

Cassandra Humbert

Head of Social Media

With 8 years of experience in the real estate industry, Cassandra has seamlessly transitioned from sales to marketing, developing a unique blend of skills that drive her success. Now at The Chant Group, she leads our social media strategy—overseeing content creation, property shoots, website management, and advertising initiatives. Her deep industry knowledge and innovative approach enable her to craft engaging campaigns that resonate with our target audience and elevate our brand presence.
